Job Title: Senior Instructor (CAR 147 Basic) – Category B1.1 & B2

Location: Western India Institute of Aeronautics, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time- Permanent

Job Purpose:

-To deliver high-quality theoretical and practical instruction in accordance with CAR 147

-Basic Training standards for Category B1.1 (Mechanical) and Category B2 (Avionics) to

-Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) students. The role ensures compliance with DGCA

-CAR 147 Basic & CAR 66 standards to prepare students for CAR-66 license examinations

and future aviation maintenance roles.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Degree or completion of an DGCA approved AME course Cat. B1.1/B2

 Minimum of 01 years of relevant work experience in a civil aviation maintenance

environment in CAR 145 organization or acceptable equivalent

Avionics Plus 3-4 module clear ho DGCA ke

Key Responsibilities:

 Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in relevant B1.1 and/or B2 modules as per

CAR 66 syllabus.

 Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments in line with

DGCA and institute standards.

 Conduct internal assessments and examinations in accordance with CAR 147 Basic

standards.

Preferred:

 Previous experience at least 01 years as an AME Instructor in a CAR 147 Basic

Organization.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong Theoretical and Practical instructional and presentation skills.

 Proficient in using training aids, simulation tools, and LMS.

 Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professional ethics.

Pay: ₹21,816.95 - ₹80,000.00 per month
