As a Senior Consultant in Infrastructure Capital Project Management at EY, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering large and small-scale infrastructure programs across various sectors such as oil and gas, energy, roads & highways, utilities, or industrial projects. Your role will involve collaborating with EY's infrastructure clients to provide innovative solutions and effectively manage capital projects. Here's a summary of your responsibilities: - Provide strategic and operational consulting support for capital infrastructure programs, including PMO setup, project planning, risk management, cost control, and governance frameworks. - Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, interact with cross-functional teams, and create cost breakdown structures for project budgeting and financial reporting. - Track project schedules, perform critical path analysis, resource & cost management, and develop reports and dashboards for impactful insights. - Develop project risk management plans, conduct due diligence of schedules, and support RFP solutioning and go-to-market activities. - Mentor junior team members, conduct learning & development activities, and lead initiatives to drive business growth. Qualifications Required: - Must have experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, PowerBI, understanding of EPC phases, schedule delay analysis, critical path, PMO experience, client-facing skills, and excellent communication abilities. - Good to have certifications in PMP, knowledge of Digital Twin, SAP implementation, BIM, AI, experience with Cloud platforms, Agile methodology, and IT project experience.
