Senior Infrastructure Capital Project Management

As a Senior Consultant in Infrastructure Capital Project Management at EY, you will play a crucial role in delivering large and small-scale infrastructure programs across various sectors such as oil and gas, energy, roads & highways, utilities, or industrial projects. Your responsibilities will involve collaboration with EY's infrastructure clients to provide innovative solutions and effectively manage capital projects. Here is a detailed overview of your role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational consulting support for capital infrastructure programs, including PMO setup, project planning, risk management, cost control, governance frameworks, and cross-functional team coordination. Additionally, you will need to have a thorough understanding of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) phases and develop project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with infrastructure clients to deliver innovative solutions and manage capital projects effectively - Develop project schedules and cost breakdown structures, and ensure budget adherence - Track schedules, perform critical path analysis, resource & cost management, and schedule optimization - Create reports and dashboards to provide impactful insights and perform risk management analysis - Support RFP solutioning, content development, and lead go-to-market activities to drive business growth - Mentor junior team members and conduct learning & development activities in the capital projects domain **Qualifications Required:** **Must Have:** - Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, PowerBI - Strong understanding of EPC phases, schedule delay analysis, and critical path - Experience in at least two end-to-end capital projects and client-facing roles - Excellent articulation and communication skills **Good to Have:** - PMP certification, Digital Twin, SAP implementation, BIM, AI prompting - Experience with Cloud platforms, Smartsheet, tool customization, IT projects, Agile methodology - Previous experience in Big4 consulting In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to travel and work with domestic and international clients as part of your role at EY.
