Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

• Provide overarching guidance on IT strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
• Supervise the IT Manager in executing these strategies, offering mentorship and direction.

• Digital Transformation:

• Lead the company's digital transformation efforts, identifying and implementing technologies to revolutionize manufacturing processes.

• ERP System Oversight:

• Oversee custom ERP system's enhancement, maintenance, and strategic development.
• Evaluate current ERP capabilities and suggest modernization or integration strategies.

• Data Analytics, Dashboarding & MIS Reporting Strategy:

• Oversee the strategic direction for data analytics, dashboarding, and MIS reporting initiatives by selecting and partnering with vendors specialized in business intelligence tools.
• This involves defining the organization's data strategy, setting long-term objectives for data utilization, and ensuring that the dashboards and reports produced by the vendor align with the company's strategic goals.
• The focus will be on leveraging external expertise to build a data-driven culture, enhance decision-making capabilities, and provide insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies.

• RPA and AI Agents Strategy:

• Lead the strategic implementation of RPA and AI Agents by guiding the selection of technology partners and overseeing the integration of these technologies into business processes.
• This role includes crafting a vision where automation and AI reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
• The strategy involves setting clear expectations with vendors on performance improvements, ROI, and scalability, ensuring that AI solutions are scalable, secure, and tailored to support the company's growth and innovation objectives.

• Operational Efficiency:

• Analyze IT operations for efficiency, propose improvements, and ensure these are implemented through the IT Manager.

• Compliance and Security:

• Ensure IT operations comply with legal and industry standards, focusing on data security and privacy.

• Vendor and Resource Management:

• Guide the IT Manager in managing external vendors and optimizing the use of internal resources.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Establish KPIs for IT performance, monitor progress, and report to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.

• Experience:

• Over 15 years in IT, with significant time in leadership or consultancy roles within manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in ERP systems, especially in .NET environments.
• A proven ability to manage and transform IT departments.

• Skills:

• Exceptional strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of current and emerging IT trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with executives and mentoring staff.

Preferred:

• Experience in a supervisory or consultancy role overseeing an IT department.
• Familiarity with electrical manufacturing or similar technical sectors.
