Ezvisa & Immigration Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Immigration Counsellor for our Calicut Branch. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Counsellor to guide clients through visa and immigration processes for countries including but not limited to Canada, Australia, and European nations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge in immigration Industry, and should have excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-service mindset. This is a leadership role where you will oversee a team, manage client processes, and ensure targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the immigration team to achieve branch and individual targets.
• Counsel clients regarding visa and immigration options based on their eligibility and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various visa categories, including: Australia & Canada PR, Skilled Worker Visas, Study Visas, Visit and Tourist Visas, Permanent Residency (PR) Visas.
• Stay updated with immigration policies and requirements of countries like Germany, UK, and other European countries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering timely updates and resolution of queries.
• Achieve monthly targets related to visa approvals and client conversions.
• Conduct training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring high standards of professionalism and productivity.
• Handle escalated client issues, ensuring a resolution-oriented approach.
• Generate and present regular performance and progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the immigration industry, with proven expertise in Australia and Canada PR.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• In-depth knowledge of visa categories and country-specific requirements, including Germany, UK, and other European nations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of visa categories, immigration pathways, and processing timelines.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A self-driven, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: From ₹7,500.00 per month
