Key Responsibilities:

·       Engage with potential customers interested in visa services for various countries.

·       Provide expert consultation to address client queries and guide them through the visa process.

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments.

·       Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic follow-ups and lead conversion.

·       Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C sales (Immigration industry preferred).

·       Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Hindi.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

·       Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

·       Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
