Senior Hyperion Developer and Oracle Hyperion/ EPM TRCS Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize

  Essbase cubes

  (ASO/BSO) including calc scripts & MDX.
• Develop and maintain

  Hyperion Planning applications

  (forms, rules, metadata).
• Support

  HFM consolidations

  , eliminations, and currency translations.
• Manage

  data integrations

  via FDMEE/ODI from ERP/GL sources.
• Build financial reports using

  FR Studio & Smart View

  .
• Automate and streamline processes using

  MaxL, SQL, and scripting

  .
• Handle

  migrations, performance tuning, and user security

  .

Requirements:

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Hyperion/EPM development.
  
• Strong understanding of

  Finance

  (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Excellent

  communication and analytical skills

  .
• Immediate availability.

Oracle EPM Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end TRCS implementations

  across multiple clients/projects.
• Gather and analyze requirements for

  tax reporting and provisioning

  .
• Configure TRCS components such as

  tax jurisdictions, entities, reporting units, and automation rules

  .
• Design and implement

  CBC reporting and Pillar Two reporting

  .
• Develop

  tax reporting templates, workflows, and compliance structures

  .
• Implement tax provision calculations, deferred tax automation, and statutory reporting.
  
• Manage

  data integration

  via EPM Data Management, including creation of integrations, locations, and mappings.
• Automate processes using

  REST APIs and EPM Automate

  (data loads, backups, metadata updates).
• Coordinate with

  offshore teams and stakeholders

  to validate deliverables and ensure quality.
• Plan and manage

  project timelines, deliverables, and deployment strategy

  .
• Define roles and workflows for tax preparers, reviewers, and approvers.
  
• Set up

  thresholds, tolerances, and automated tax calculations

  .
• Identify and scope

  tax adjustment and provision use cases

  .

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum

  7+ years of IT experience

  , with

  4+ years in Oracle EPM

  (TRCS focus).
• Hands-on experience with

  2+ end-to-end TRCS projects

  .
• Strong understanding of

  finance and tax processes

  .
• Proficiency in

  EPM Data Management / Integrations

  .
• Experience in

  automation and scripting

  (REST APIs, EPM Automate).
• Strong

  analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to work independently and with

  offshore/remote teams

  .

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in other

  Oracle EPM modules

  (Planning, HFM, Essbase).
• Exposure to

  tax provision reporting, compliance, and statutory reporting

  .
• Prior experience in

  implementation and enhancement projects

  .
