Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday)

As a Senior HR Technology Analyst at our client's global technology-driven enterprise, your role will involve configuring and maintaining Workday modules to support HR business processes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining complex Workday reports to meet business reporting needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering and documenting functional requirements from HR stakeholders - Creating and executing detailed test plans to ensure system changes meet requirements - Managing end-to-end testing processes, including user acceptance testing - Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, acting as an escalation point for HR tech queries - Collaborating with HR, IT, and other business teams to support HR technology initiatives - Prioritizing work in a fast-moving environment with frequent reprioritization - Supporting weekend go-lives and other off-hours deployments as needed - Maintaining clear documentation of system configurations and updates - Participating in HR system upgrades and ensuring a smooth implementation process - Providing guidance to junior team members and sharing best practices within the team To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (not just end-user tasks) - Workday report building experience - Experience in project administration: gathering requirements, creating test plans, and managing/executing testing - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the HR technology space - On-site availability in Pune or Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend go-lives Join our client's forward-thinking work environment and contribute to their HR and enterprise systems divisions by leveraging your expertise in HR technology.,
