Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday)

As a Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday) at our client's global technology-driven enterprise, you will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining Workday modules to support HR business processes. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining complex Workday reports, gathering functional requirements from HR stakeholders, creating detailed test plans, and managing end-to-end testing processes. You will troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with various teams, prioritize work effectively in a fast-moving environment, and provide guidance to junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain Workday modules for HR business processes - Build and maintain complex Workday reports to meet business reporting needs - Gather and document functional requirements from HR stakeholders - Create and execute detailed test plans and manage testing processes - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, serving as an escalation point for HR tech queries - Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business teams to support HR technology initiatives - Prioritize work effectively in a fast-moving environment with frequent reprioritization - Support weekend go-lives and off-hours deployments as required - Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and updates - Participate in HR system upgrades and ensure smooth implementation - Provide guidance to junior team members and share best practices within the team Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience - Workday report building experience - Experience in project administration, including gathering requirements and managing testing - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the HR technology space - On-site availability in Pune or Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend go-lives Join our client's innovative and fast-paced work environment to contribute to HR technology initiatives and drive digital transformation within the enterprise.,
