Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Create sourcing strategies for different levels: shop-floor workers, technicians, engineers, and managerial roles.

Build a hiring pipeline for critical positions to reduce time-to-hire.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Conduct competency-based interviews in alignment with organisations values and job requirements.
Develop and implement annual recruitment plans based on manpower budgeting and production forecasts.
Ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with plant HR and functional managers.
Work closely with CFT Leaders of Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, SCM, PM, BD, IT Departments to understand manpower needs.
Align hiring priorities with plant HR, line managers, and operations leaders.
Provide weekly/monthly hiring dashboards (MIS report) to management

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and shop-floor operations.

Experience with Naukri, Linked In, Social Media, Job Fair Campus Recruitment and HRMS tools.

Negotiation and communication
Problem-solving and analytical ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet manpower deadlines
