Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and final selection.
Ensure timely onboarding of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction.
Maintain and update employee database and records.

2. Employee Relations

Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and engagement activities.
Support in disciplinary actions and issue warning letters/memos when required.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

Monitor biometric attendance records and coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll inputs.
Maintain leave and attendance registers.
Ensure compliance with leave policies and generate MIS reports.

4. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.
Assist in audits and documentation required for NABH or ISO standards.

5. Performance Management

Assist in the execution of annual appraisal processes.
Maintain performance review data and follow up with department heads.

6. Training & Development

Coordinate internal and external training programs as per the training calendar.
Maintain training records and feedback reports.

7. HR Policies & SOPs

Ensure policies are communicated and implemented effectively across all departments.
Suggest improvements in HR processes and policy documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
