Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner, comfortable using AI tools and modern technology, and capable of adapting quickly to changing business requirements while delivering prompt and efficient results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and applicable labour laws.
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and employee relations.
• Handle joining formalities, induction, confirmation, exit processes, and full and final settlements.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and workforce management for office and site employees.
• Coordinate with department heads and site teams to fulfil HR requirements efficiently.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Leverage AI tools and technology to automate repetitive tasks, improve HR processes, and increase productivity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and implement practical, technology-driven solutions.
• Respond promptly to employee and management requirements and ensure timely closure of HR activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for HR documentation, reporting, communication, and process improvement.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with HRMS, attendance management systems, MS Excel, digital tools, and new technologies.
• Quick Learner: Ability to understand new processes, adapt quickly, and cope with changing priorities.
• Result-Oriented: Strong focus on timely execution, quick turnaround, and delivering measurable results.
• Proactive & Prompt: Ability to take initiative, respond quickly, and complete tasks within defined timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Experience managing office and site employees will be preferred.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or a related industry will be an advantage.
