Senior HR Coordinator

As a Coordinator for Placement & Internships at Udayan Shalini Fellowship (USF) in Mumbai, Lower Parel office, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Lead career development and placement initiatives across Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar - Build and nurture corporate partnerships for internships and job opportunities - Ensure every Shalini Scholar receives strong career guidance and placement support - Mandatory requirement of Marathi language proficiency To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Masters in HR, Social Work, or a related field - 4-6 years of experience in placements, recruitment, CSR, or business development - Excellent communication skills with a strong HR/corporate network in Maharashtra If you are passionate about empowering young women and driving meaningful career outcomes, this full-time position with a salary range of 50,000 to 60,000 CTC per month is ideal for you. In addition to the salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. This position requires you to work in person at the Lower Parel office in Mumbai.
