Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing technical quantitative and predictive HR analytics, including data extracts, data visualizations, process automation, and data science. Your role will involve driving new capabilities and insights to support management and organizational goals and strategy. Additionally, you will assess the workforce needs against internal and external labor markets to identify potential shortfalls, conduct scenario planning and analysis for specific HR initiatives, and lead the development and execution of a data environment and analytical capability roadmap. You will work independently with limited supervision to develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict employee outcomes and understand the factors impacting those outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict employee outcomes such as behavior, performance, and attrition. - Conduct in-depth statistical analyses and predictive modeling related to employee demographics, performance, engagement, and retention to identify trends and patterns. - Partner with the HR technology team, IT, and other stakeholders to design, test, and roll out AI-based data visualization tools. - Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for HR and business leadership. - Provide regular insights, briefs, and reports highlighting trends, drivers, and risk areas in workforce data. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. - Minimum of 5 years of related experience. - Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree. - Domestic and/or international travel may be required, with the frequency contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and essential functions of the position.
