Senior HR Associate (Internal Hiring)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talent Toppers, you will be responsible for managing internal hiring processes within the organization, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions across various departments such as IT/Non-IT Recruiters, IT support, and Finance. Your role will involve sourcing resumes from job portals, utilizing headhunting techniques, and leveraging references to identify potential candidates. You will be screening profiles based on job specifications, conducting initial interviews, and negotiating salaries with prospective hires. Additionally, you will be coordinating pre-joining activities and engaging with candidates until successful onboarding. The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, meet targets, and work independently are essential for this role. With a focus on superior communication, strong interpersonal skills, and effective negotiation abilities, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent presentation skills and business acumen. A self-motivated approach, coupled with a background in MBA/Post Graduate in HR or Psychology, will enable you to excel in this position.
