Senior Home care manager

Job Purpose

The Senior Home Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire post-handover home care process for Capkon Developers’ clients. This role ensures high-quality after-sales service, timely maintenance, and excellent customer satisfaction, while leading the home care team to maintain company standards in property management and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management
• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners after property handover.
• Ensure all customer concerns, queries, and service requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
• Maintenance & Service Coordination
• Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and home inspections.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to ensure property quality is maintained.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for timely and cost-effective work.
• Team Leadership
• Lead, train, and supervise the home care team to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor team performance, assign tasks, and ensure service quality meets company standards.
• Operational Management
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for home care services.
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation for all properties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
• Customer Feedback & Improvement
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve services.
• Propose and implement improvements in home care operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,036.03 - ₹58,288.53 per month
