Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Home Advisor/Product Specialist located in Kolkata. The day-to-day tasks for this role include interacting with clients to understand their property needs, providing expert advice on property solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include conducting property appraisals and valuations, managing property transactions, maintaining and updating property listings, negotiating deals, and providing market insights. The role requires a proactive approach to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in property appraisals and valuations, and comprehensive understanding of the real estate market
• Proficient in client interaction, relationship management, and providing strategic advice
• Experience in managing property transactions and negotiating deals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
