Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers,
  • Identify new business opportunities from existing clients (cross-sell) and from fresh leads.
  • Qualify leads by understanding the customers needs, budget and decision-making process.
  • Promote relevant additional products/services (cross-selling) based on customer profile and product fit.
  • Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
  • Set appointments or handoff qualified leads to the sales/account team for closure.
  • Track and report key metrics (call volume, leads generated, cross-sell conversions, appointments set) and share insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to refine scripts, outreach campaigns and cross-sell/referral strategies.
  • Should be comfortable working on Sundays incase if there are any project's
