Senior HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Must have a good understanding of Oracle SaaS HCM applications such as Oracle HCM Cloud Technical skills like Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, HSDL), HCM Extract. The ideal candidate should be a techno-functional person with real-time hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience, worked with L3 level support, or equivalent knowledge. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Having at least 5+ Oracle Fusion HCM implementations plus Support exposure with module-leading hands-on experience in any of the three modules. Candidates are expected to possess Human Capital Management business processes knowledge and concepts, the ability to relate product functionality to business processes, offer implementation advice to customers on meeting various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM. Technical expertise is required in SQL, PLSQL, with strong problem-solving skills, customer interactions, service orientation, operations management, innovation orientation, team player, learning orientation, and high flexibility to remain agile in a fast-changing business environment. Creating and maintaining appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support, and test activities is essential. Exposure to personalization/Sandbox and knowledge in implementing redwood are desired skills.
