Senior Growth Specialist ASO & Performance Marketing

About the Role

Senior Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute
ASO strategies
across both Google Play Store and Apple App Store to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale
paid user acquisition campaigns
using Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and other performance platforms.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROAS and efficiency.
Leverage attribution and analytics tools such as
AppsFlyer
(or similar) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking, market research, and A/B testing for continuous growth improvements.
Define and monitor KPIs, preparing actionable insights and reports for key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Immediate joiners only
will be considered.
Minimum
5+ years of proven experience
in performance-driven mobile user acquisition and ASO.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and app attribution platforms.
Prior experience in
fintech, consumer tech, or high-growth startup environments
strongly preferred.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across cross-functional teams.
