Senior Graphics, UI and UX Designer

As a UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will be translating concepts into wireframes and mockups to create intuitive user experiences. Additionally, you will facilitate clients" product visions by conducting research, conceiving ideas, and creating prototypes for digital products. Your role will involve designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups that are optimized for various devices and interfaces. You will be expected to identify design problems and develop elegant solutions, making strategic decisions related to both core functionalities and new features. It is crucial to adopt a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate your designs, and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders. You must adhere to style standards concerning fonts, colors, and images, while also demonstrating prior experience with media, preferably in the context of full software product development life cycles. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for successfully concluding problems and working in a team environment. Being a self-starter who thrives in a learning and growth-oriented setting is highly valued. In terms of requirements, you should have three or more years of UX design experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked on designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Proficiency in UX software like InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, as well as basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills, is necessary. Familiarity with software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Flash is also required. You should be capable of collaborating with clients to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that align with their needs and vision. Extensive experience in utilizing UX design best practices, a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design, and a solid grasp of user-centered design methodologies are important aspects of this role. Efficient iteration of designs, clear communication of design processes and ideas, and a passion for user-centered design are key attributes desired in a UX Designer.
