Senior Graphics lead and Video editor

As a visionary Creative Lead, your role will involve driving the creative direction of the brand and crafting compelling stories through impactful design and video. You should have a deep understanding of building brand value from the ground up, creating and implementing creative campaigns, and using design to connect with brands effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all creative projects, ensuring design excellence and brand consistency from concept to execution. - Develop and implement creative strategies to establish and enhance the brand identity of the startup. - Conceptualize campaigns, visual content, and design collaterals to attract brand collaborations and partnerships. - Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams to transform business objectives into creative concepts and brand narratives. - Edit and produce engaging videos using real footage for social media and marketing purposes. - Stay abreast of design and content trends to elevate the brand's creative presence continuously. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Senior Designer in a brand, agency, or creative startup setting. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, visual storytelling, and campaign design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). - Sound knowledge of digital and social media content trends. - Ability to generate and execute campaigns that enhance brand value and engage the audience effectively. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
