Senior Graphic & Motion Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer, you will lead the visual creative process, crafting engaging graphics, videos, and animations for campaigns, social media, and brand identities. You will ensure all creative output is high-quality, consistent, and aligned with client and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics for social media, campaigns, websites, and branding projects
• Create motion graphics, animations, reels, and short-form video content
• Develop and maintain brand identities for clients and internal projects
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Stay updated with design and motion trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team
• Mentor junior designers and maintain design consistency across projects

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in

  graphic design and motion graphics

• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and visual storytelling
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Passion for branding, design, and delivering high-quality visuals
