As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the content and account management teams to develop high-quality design systems and graphics tailored to each client. Your focus will be on contributing to an effective visual and design strategy to meet client requirements effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Creative Vision and Design Solutions: - Collaborate with clients, account management, and content teams to produce exceptional artwork, visual systems, and graphic designs. - Stay updated on the latest design trends and styles to provide innovative suggestions to clients regularly. - Delivery: - Ensure timely delivery of all design assets by adhering to the specified turnaround time. - Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements by asking relevant questions. - Validate that all designs are original, brand-compliant, and free from plagiarism or errors. - Quality: - Minimize rework through effective briefing, planning, and aligning work with client expectations. - Seek and document client feedback to gauge satisfaction and strive to produce award-winning work for clients consistently. - Innovation: - Identify opportunities and challenges in improving design solutions in collaboration with account and content leads. - Explore possibilities for enhancing services and implementing tools or processes, such as AI tools, to enhance delivery speed and quality. - Responsiveness & Communication: - Actively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure that designs align with the message and meet client preferences. - Respond promptly to all emails and communications within a 2-hour timeframe, while managing client expectations regarding delivery timelines.
