Job Title: Job Description of Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor.
Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should be a visual storyteller with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both static and motion graphics. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity, producing compelling high-quality content across various social media platforms, and mentoring junior team members.
This role requires a proactive individual who can take a project from concept to completion, managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
Develop and execute a wide range of creative assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, presentations, infographics, and website visuals.
Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity.
Conceptualize and design marketing collateral and sales materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, white papers).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep our brand at the forefront of visual innovation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
Produce, shoot, and/or edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including YouTube, social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels), and our website.
Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand format.
Manage the full video production lifecycle, from storyboarding and scripting to editing, sound design, and final delivery.
Archive and manage video and design files in an organised and accessible manner.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Act as a senior member of the creative team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers and video editors.
Collaborate with different departments, including marketing, sales, product, and leadership, to understand their needs and deliver impactful creative solutions.
Present concepts and final deliverables to internal stakeholders, articulate design decisions, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Help refine and implement the company's creative strategy and visual brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or a similar role.
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of work in both graphic design and video editing/motion graphics. Please include a link in your application.
