Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent materials. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in advanced tools, and the ability to mentor and guide junior designers while contributing to strategic design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Oversee and manage all design projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative outcomes.
• Branding: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all design outputs.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and content teams) to conceptualize and execute designs that align with business goals.
• Mentorship: Train and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Project Management: Prioritize, schedule, and deliver multiple design projects within tight deadlines.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into the workflow when relevant.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in a variety of design projects (branding, UI/UX, marketing collateral, etc.).
• Exceptional creativity, visual skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
