Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Designer to lead our design initiatives from concept to final delivery. In this role, designer will act as a bridge between the design team , the Marketing and Production, translating business goals into impactful visual stories. You will oversee the visual identity of our brand, mentor junior staff and ensure all creative output meets the highest quality standards.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and modern collaborative tools.

Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of typography of art and creatives, color theory, layout design, and user-centric design principles.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-caliber visual work across web, mobile, and print.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead design projects from initial conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers to foster a culture of professional growth.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and production teams to translate complex ideas into visually compelling solutions.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Innovative Execution: Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in generative design and interactive media, to continuously push creative boundaries.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects, adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
