Senior Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and branding assets.
  
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.
  
• Design and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
  
• Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, colors, typography, and file formats.
  
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  
• Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms, devices, and formats.
  
• Assist in brainstorming and creative strategy sessions when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as CorelDraw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or similar tools is an advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  
• Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs.
  
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to accept feedback constructively and make revisions efficiently.
