Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for generating clear ideas and concepts in collaboration with the copywriter. You will produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas, ensuring they align with marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience. Working with the creative team, you will take projects from concept to final execution within deadlines, manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers, and present completed ideas to clients and team members. Staying updated on trends and best practices will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter. - Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas. - Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience. - Cooperate with the creative team across different types of media. - Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines. - Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions. - Present completed ideas to clients and team members. - Stay updated on all trends and maintain best practices. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in graphic design. - Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color theory, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design. - Proficient in using tools like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, or other visual design and wireframing tools. - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. - Ability to incorporate feedback and take/give direction effectively. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - A team player who collaborates effectively with others.,
