Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer Head to lead our design team and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality design solutions across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the graphic design team, ensuring high-quality output on all projects.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, including branding, social media, marketing collaterals, packaging, and product mockups.

Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visuals.

Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation to final delivery.

Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered within budget.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 3 to 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across multiple platforms (digital, print, packaging).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing.

Knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising strategy.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
