You are a Senior Graphic Designer at Model N, and you excel in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. Your passion lies in creating captivating visuals that enhance the brand's image. Your primary responsibility is to lead design projects encompassing web, digital marketing, product marketing, and brand campaigns. Your role involves visually articulating complex ideas in a clean, modern, and engaging manner. As the position progresses, you will gradually reduce external agency design expenses. Therefore, you must possess a blend of execution skills, creative direction, system development, and internal client management capabilities. Your tasks include conceptualizing, designing, and implementing various digital and print assets like web graphics, landing pages, infographics, social media content, email campaigns, eBooks, slide decks, and trade show materials. Collaboration with the marketing, product, and sales teams is crucial to create visuals that effectively convey the value proposition to a B2B audience. While primarily supporting the marketing team, you may also collaborate with other internal teams such as HR, Product, and Customer Success for specific design requirements aligned with company-wide objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brand and marketing campaigns by developing compelling, strategy-aligned designs. Additionally, you will be responsible for evolving and upholding brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design touchpoints. Managing multiple design projects concurrently, while maintaining timelines, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring quality with minimal supervision, will be a key aspect of your role. You will also handle internal requests efficiently without a dedicated project manager. It is essential to stay updated on design trends, technologies, and tools that enhance the brand, storytelling, and performance as a B2B SaaS company. Qualifications for this role include at least 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, business-oriented design across digital and print mediums is required. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Sketch, or similar tools are essential. Experience in designing for digital platforms like responsive web, email, and social media is necessary. A solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy is crucial. The ability to transform intricate technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are must-haves. Experience working within or alongside a marketing or growth team is highly valued. Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include experience with basic HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow, proficiency in motion graphics or video editing tools like After Effects, Adobe XD, and familiarity with analytics and A/B testing concepts in marketing design.
