Senior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, your role will involve planning and illustrating concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy, considering arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetics. You will need to coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, from the design concept phase through project completion. Obtaining approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review and preparing the final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art are also important responsibilities. You will be required to obtain final copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment, as well as making purchases from vendors when necessary. Ensuring the operation of design equipment and software, completing preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshooting malfunctions, and evaluating new equipment will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc., to successfully complete projects. To stay updated, you should maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
