Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Senior Brand Communications Designer to spearhead the enhancement of our brand's visual identity on all platforms. As a senior creative leader, you will play a pivotal role in defining the design direction while also guiding a growing team towards maintaining consistency, fostering innovation, and ensuring strategic alignment in all brand communications. Your responsibilities will include owning the visual language of the brand to guarantee that all creative outputs are in harmony with the brand's strategy, tone, and positioning. Moreover, you will lead, motivate, and mentor junior and mid-level designers to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing creative environment. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, retail, and content teams is essential to transform business objectives into impactful design solutions. You will conceptualize and implement creative campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, retail, and experiential avenues. Establishing and upholding brand guidelines and design systems to maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints is crucial. Additionally, overseeing product packaging, in-store design, and point-of-sale branding to enhance customer engagement will be part of your role. Your contribution to the visual design and user experience of the brand's website and e-commerce platforms, along with leveraging emerging AI-based design tools and techniques to boost productivity and creative output, will be instrumental. Staying abreast of design and consumer trends to keep the brand visually fresh, modern, and culturally relevant is imperative. You will also be required to translate intricate briefs into clear creative direction by deeply understanding branding and consumer psychology. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in brand design, preferably in a fast-paced brand or agency setting. - A robust portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign design, and multi-channel execution. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI design tools. - Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills. - Ability to harmonize creative vision with business goals and timelines.
