Your primary responsibilities will include leading the creative design process across various projects, such as branding, print materials, and digital assets. Collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision and translating it into compelling visual concepts will be essential. You will be expected to conceptualize and produce original, high-quality graphic designs that align with client objectives. Additionally, mentoring junior designers, ensuring design consistency, and meeting project deadlines are key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a Senior Graphic Designer capacity. Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required. A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout is essential. Your exceptional creativity and diverse design portfolio will play a crucial role in this role. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are also necessary.
