Roles & Responsibility:

• Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to translate ideas into visually engaging content.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers or freelancers when needed.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Conceptualize and design campaigns, presentations, infographics, digital ads, packaging, and branded materials.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums (please include link).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
• Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brand identity.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work.
• Ability to take feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: upto 30k
