Senior Graphic Designer

As the Lead Graphic Designer at Fraganote, you will be responsible for driving the brand's visual direction across all digital and print touchpoints. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, consistent, and innovative designs that embody the essence of Fraganote. Leading a small design team, you will ensure that the brand stands out with elegance, emotion, and clarity. - Own and evolve Fraganote's visual identity across various channels such as the website, social media, packaging, campaigns, and print materials. - Lead and mentor junior designers to foster their growth and development. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative assets. - Oversee all stages of design, from initial concept to final execution, maintaining high aesthetic quality and brand consistency. - Design and review packaging, labels, lookbooks, product mockups, performance ad creatives, and retail collaterals. - Ensure all design assets are optimized for different platforms including Meta, Google Ads. - Efficiently manage timelines, workflows, and feedback cycles for multiple projects. - Stay updated on design trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle to bring fresh perspectives to the brand. Qualifications required for this role at Fraganote: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field. - 2-4 years of design experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C sectors. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and After Effects (bonus). - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand systems. - Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital advertising. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality work within tight deadlines. - Keen eye for storytelling, minimal aesthetics, and brand alignment. Nice to have skills for this role: - Photography or art direction experience. - Motion graphics or video editing skills. - Previous experience working with fragrance or luxury lifestyle brands.,
