Senior Graphic Designer

As a Design professional, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Research and brainstorm ideas for content and marketing, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines. - Lead design projects, manage teams, and make critical decisions to ensure project success. - Mentor junior designers by reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback for their growth. - Ensure brand consistency across various platforms and campaigns to maintain a strong brand presence. - Stay updated on the latest developments in the design industry to enhance our design strategies and approaches. - Uphold the importance of meeting deadlines by ensuring the team's commitment to timely task completion with utmost sincerity and honesty. Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Good design aesthetics with a strong understanding of design principles. - Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator to create impactful designs effectively. - Minimum of 2 years of total work experience in a similar role. - Master's degree in a relevant field is required for this position.
