The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand aesthetics, user-centered design, and digital trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring visual consistency and exceptional user experiences across all digital touchpoints.   Key Responsibilities:   ·       Develop and maintain compelling brand identities across digital platforms   ·       Design high-quality, intuitive UI/UX for websites, web apps, and mobile applications   ·       Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations   ·       Ensure consistent brand language across all designs and experiences   ·       Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma   ·       Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design goals   ·       Conduct and apply feedback from user testing and stakeholder reviews   ·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital and UX design     Requirements:   ·       Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital branding and UI/UX, Figma   ·       Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.)   ·       Advanced skills in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping   ·       Solid understanding of design systems, typography, colour theory, and layout principles   ·       Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces   ·       Strong portfolio showcasing brand design and functional UI/UX projects   ·       Excellent communication and presentation skills   ·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines     Preferred Skills (Bonus):   ·       Knowledge of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus)   ·       Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)   ·       Working with Artificial Intelligence.   What We Offer:   ·       Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting digital projects   ·       A creative and collaborative team environment   ·       Competitive salary and performance incentives   ·       Access to the latest design tools and resources   ·       USA visit for Training
