Currently expanding the Core 3D/Design Team, Collationhub is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer who possesses a keen eye for detail, a strong visual sensibility, and a love for turning ideas into compelling visuals. As the Graphic Designer at Collationhub, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of projects and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and high-impact creative assets across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design creative assets such as social media graphics, banners, marketing materials, brochures, and branding elements. - Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other designers to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. - Contribute to conceptual brainstorming and provide creative direction for design projects. - Translate ideas and briefs into polished, professional visual content. - Ensure the timely delivery of all assets, meeting both quality standards and deadlines. - Stay updated on industry trends and proactively introduce fresh ideas and techniques. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house). - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools. - Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and project objectives. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. - A self-starter with a passion for design and a drive to innovate.
