About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can translate strategy into visually stunning, brand-driven communication. You’ll take the lead in creating and supervising design work across brand identity, print, and digital platforms — from logos, brochures, and print ads to campaign visuals and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of branding and marketing collaterals – brochures, print ads, hoardings, and digital campaigns.

Translate creative briefs into visually compelling design concepts and deliverables.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline assets.

Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to align designs with brand narratives and campaign objectives.

Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain a high standard of design output.

Manage multiple design projects under tight timelines with efficiency and precision.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to every project.

Requirements

6–9 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, and digital design (real estate experience preferred).

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/ XD is a plus).

Deep understanding of typography, composition, layout, and color theory.

Ability to think strategically, lead creatively, and execute with attention to detail.

Excellent communication, feedback management, and time organization skills.
