As a Senior General Practitioner (Technical Lead - Projects) based in Gurgaon, India, reporting to the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in providing medical leadership across various healthcare projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring clinical governance, maintaining quality assurance, and upholding medical SOPs. You will be guiding medical teams, overseeing compliance, and supporting specialized medical and oncology-related initiatives. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Managing and monitoring all medical SOPs and protocols across projects. - Overseeing and supporting clinical compliance, audits, and QA processes. - Providing medical guidance and ensuring standardization of clinical practices. - Leading training, mentoring, and professional development of medical staff. - Contributing to oncology and other specialized medical projects as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A deep understanding of medical practices, SOPs, and healthcare protocols. - Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. - Proven ability to train and monitor medical teams remotely. - Strong clinical judgment and proficiency in documentation. The qualifications and experience expected for this position include: - Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical degree; specialization and/or master's degree is preferred. - Experience: 8-10 years as a Senior GP or medical lead in multi-center operations. - Preferred Background: Experience in leading medical teams and implementing clinical protocols.
