Job Description

**Role Overview:** As a Senior GM/Vice President IT specializing in AI, RPA, Data Science, and Data Analytics, your role at the Corporate level involves architecting, implementing, enhancing, and monitoring IT applications across various functions such as R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Procurement, and more. Your responsibility includes delivering end-to-end solutions from idea inception to deployment and providing ongoing support from a technological perspective. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation through AI, RPA, Data Science, and Data Analytics. - Lead initiatives aligned with strategic business goals to improve various areas such as Product Lifecycle, Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Financial excellence. - Identify and manage projects involving machine learning, predictive modeling, NLP, Generative AI, etc. - Oversee the RPA implementation life cycle, including process assessment, bot development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with domain experts to build and validate AI models in different areas like R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and more. - Design and execute the digital technology roadmap focusing on AI, RPA, and advanced analytics. - Manage cross-functional teams, define KPIs, resource plans, budgets, and timelines for digital initiatives. - Integrate digital tools with various systems like SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and ensure high availability and fault tolerance for AI infrastructure platforms. - Conduct training awareness sessions and ensure proper documentation of all activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science/IT. - Master's degree (MBA, M.Tech, or MS in Data Science/AI) preferred. - 12-15 years of progressive IT experience with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles. - Strong grasp of Data science tools, Statistical modeling, AI/ML frameworks. - Experience with RPA tools, cloud-native analytics platforms, and data engineering. - Knowledge of system validation methodologies and data integrity principles. - Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, security principles within a manufacturing environment. *Note: Desired experience, knowledge, and skills should align with the specific requirements mentioned in the job description provided, emphasizing leadership in AI, RPA, and data analytics transformation.*,
