Senior General Manager Finance

Role Overview: As a Department Head, you will lead the finance and account department, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. You will oversee all financial aspects, including balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management information systems (MIS), taxation, compliance, audit, and working capital management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and control all financial aspects such as Balance sheet, FP&A, MIS, Taxation, Compliances, Audit, and Working capital - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals - Prepare budgets and monitor Budget Actual Performance vs Budgeted - Ensure compliance with various corporate and fiscal laws, statutes, and enactments - Facilitate smooth conduct of audits - Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, Tax Planning, and related matters - Collaborate with functional departments - Lead and mentor the finance team - Identify and mitigate financial risks Qualifications Required: - CA qualification with a minimum of 15-20 years of work experience, including at least 5 years at the AGM level - Experience in the service sector, preferably with a background in logistics and experience managing multiple branches and companies Additional Company Details: Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success and compliance of the organization.
