Required Skills & Experience


  • 8+ years

     of overall experience in software/AI engineering.
  • Minimum 

    3+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM development

    .

  • Mandatory experience working on live/production AI or GenAI projects.

  • Strong proficiency with:

  • LLMs

     (OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Claude, etc.)

  • RAG frameworks

    , embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)

  • Python

     (FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, LlamaIndex)

  • Backend development

     — REST APIs, microservices, orchestration
  • Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Solid understanding of 

    ML lifecycle

    , CI/CD, versioning, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and reliable AI architectures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
