Job Description

Gen AI Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interpret briefs and create high-quality, GenAI-assisted code
that meets business objectives.
Lead the
design and development of Java-based applications with microservices architecture
.
Utilize GenAI tools in at least 50% of your development workflow
to enhance productivity, code quality, and innovation.
Collaborate with the Product Manager/Architect
to define deliverables and technical strategy.
Drive the integration of AI/ML capabilities into products
using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Guide teams through refactoring and codebase optimization
using AI-assisted insights.
Conduct peer code reviews
, ensuring usage of GenAI-generated suggestions where appropriate.
Mentor and motivate junior developers
in both traditional and GenAI-enhanced coding practices.
Collaborate in
agile development environments and CI/CD pipelines
.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Java 8+
, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Microservices, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka.
Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence

Strong understanding of cloud-native and distributed systems

Proficiency in integrating AI tools
(e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Bard, etc.) into coding workflows.
Familiarity with

Experience with
