Role:

Experience Required:

Engineering Manager (Senior Gen AI Developer)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery across pods building scalable Gen AI and API services
  • Run standups, sprints, retrospectives, and manage Jira workflows
  • Drive backend deployment, security reviews, and QA pipelines
  • Coordinate integration of RAG APIs and vector DB pipelines
  • Promote the use of code quality agents and modern CI/CD practices

Cloud & Deployment Expertise:

  • AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch), Azure, GCP

AI Tools & Productivity Stack:

  • GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Codiga, Jira

Security & Compliance:

  • Access control, deployment integrity, secure endpoints, compliance awareness
