About the Role

Senior GenAI Developer / Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple delivery pods developing scalable
GenAI and API services
.
Drive
Agile ceremonies
standups, sprints, retrospectives, and Jira workflows.
Oversee
backend deployment, QA pipelines, and security reviews
.
Coordinate integration of
RAG APIs and Vector Database pipelines
.
Promote
code quality, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering practices
.
Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to implement
innovative GenAI features
.

Required Skills & Experience

5–9 years of experience in
Backend Engineering & AI-driven projects
.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs)
.
Proficiency in
Java / Python / Node.js
and
Microservices architecture
.
Cloud deployment expertise on
AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch), Azure, or GCP
.
Strong understanding of
CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, QA automation
.
Familiarity with
security practices
– access control, endpoint protection, compliance awareness.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
.
