You will be an Applied Economist - Full-Stack Data Science (R + Shiny) Intern at a fast-growing health-tech & wellness startup located in Noida. As part of the role, you will manage the complete data cycle, including extraction, cleaning, analysis, and visualization, to transform complex financial data into actionable insights. Your primary responsibilities will involve working with raw financial and operational data to extract, clean, analyze, and visualize information. You will be expected to create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Shiny, automate financial reporting, develop forecasting models, and collaborate with various teams to deliver data-driven insights. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in R (preferred) or Python for handling real-world data, building Shiny dashboards for real-time insights, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A good understanding of financial metrics, forecasting, and the ability to communicate insights clearly are essential for success. The ideal candidate will have a background in Economics, Applied Statistics, or Data Science, with fluency in R, especially for dashboarding using Shiny. Additionally, you should have a strong grasp of causal inference, forecasting, and behavioral trends, along with experience in backend deployment for server-side operations.
