You Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives recruit and train designers for your initiatives.
Work closely with product managers, producers, engineers, and artists to design and prototype new gameplay and systems.
Build and improve tools to make the design pipeline faster and more efficient for the team.
Own complete Game Design from planning, pre-production, production, through to launch and post-production.
Create clear documentation & specifications for Developers, Art team and other functions to deliver high quality production to ensure your ideas get implemented successfully and to lead all aspects of the implementation of new features and systems.
Contribute cross functionally to the overall success of the game and own innovation in gameplay.
Create or adapt leading game features to work with an existing game.
Pitch new insights to the team/hold brainstorming sessions.
Remain up-to-date with game design literature, new mobile titles, and standard methodologies to be an evangelist for the craft of game design.
Ability to design features with the player in mind.
Analyze real-time feedback and metrics, and adjust game designs accordingly while maintaining a live game economy.
Write user experience stories and create wireframe screens and flows.
Design and balance game pinches, inflows and outflows.

Requirements:

5 years of professional game development experience as a game designer .
Passionate gamer with a real knowledge and love of mobile gaming.
Understanding of systems, mechanics and features of design.
Expert or exposure to math and formulas in a game environment.
Solid knowledge of game balancing and pacing.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Widely played, especially with online and mobile games, with the ability to
articulate what is strong/weak about the design of existing games.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, analysis skills.
Strong all round experience across Game Mechanics Design, Systems Design & Content Design.
Very strong documentation, written & oral communication skills.
