Senior Game Designer

Role Overview: Games2win World is looking for a Senior Game Designer to join their team in Mumbai - Tardeo. As a Senior Game Designer, you will work closely with the Product Manager in conceiving and creating game ideas, designing levels for various genres of games, and creating in-depth Game Design Documents using industry best practices. You will collaborate with the creative, art, development, and QC teams to ensure that design objectives are met during the production phase. Your role will also involve designing missions, prototyping gameplay variations, and creating user-friendly controls for touch-screen mobile platforms. Additionally, you will stay updated on new innovations in game design practices and actively research other games for design inspiration. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Product Manager to conceive and create game ideas - Design levels for various genres of games - Create in-depth and structured Game Design Documents with references and guidelines for art and development teams - Collaborate with the Product Manager and analytics team to understand game update requirements - Design missions, prototype gameplay variations, and gather feedback - Develop user-friendly controls for touch-screen mobile platforms - Play and research other games for design ideas - Stay updated on new innovations in game design practices Qualification Required: - Experience in designing games for iOS/Android - Experience with F2P games - Ability to create game design documents from concept briefs - Knowledge of Level Design on Unity 3D - Strong Game and Level Design knowledge - Passion for casual and mobile games - Good communication and English writing skills - Skill in creating clear game flow and UI flow - Knowledge of successful games in the mobile games market - Ability to understand the emotion of the game and game audience - Educational background in Game Designing or equivalent field For more information about Games2win, visit https://games2winmedia.com/company-profile/,
